Established in 1998. A Privately held investment group
investing in equity markets in the USA, Asia and Europe.
- iMOBHQ.COM - Established in
December of 2005. An Investment Holding Company that manages
investment porfolios of clients investing in
mutual funds, equity markets in the Americas, Europe, and
Asia, Real Estate and other investment opportunities.
The iMOBHQ.COM site is dedicated in supporting the
portfolios that iMOBHQ manages.
- The Gentle Touch Group,
Inc. - Established in February of 2007. An In-Home Adult
Care Giving Service for the Elderly. Incorporated in
the State of California.
- Maharlika Funds -
Established in October 2008. A private investment
portfolio. The fund is a growth and income fund. The
portfolio holdings will be investing in securities that pays
consistent dividend streams with high potential in capital
growth.

corporate objective is being corporately responsible to the
markets we operate in. We try to incorporate responsible
investing in our portfolio holdings. There are some
sectors and companies that we do not intend to invest in because
we believe that these companies and sectors violate our
corporate responsibility, human rights and our
environment. We try to avoid investing in the following
sectors:
- Companies that
manufacture weapons
- Companies that
have activities in violation of human rights
- Companies who
are not sensitive to environmental issues and do not abide
by the guidelines of producing environmentally friendly
products.
